We prepare off-site through two commercial kitchens and deliver our creations, through our mobile service of refrigerated vehicles.

Although Laissez-faire is large enough to enjoy some economies of scale, being family-owned and operated, it’s small enough for the owner to be involved on a day to day basis, ensuring high standards in product and service delivery, including professionalism of the staff.
