  • WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! You (ie. D****) are rude, talk down to customers and refuse to explain things to us because we wouldnt "understand". Unless you are a big account, they hand you from one account manager to another, and when they dont communicate to each other and something goes wrong, they tell you its your problem and not theirs!! We paid hundreds of dollars for one sample, which they dont even bother cutting for you!! They make you pay the full amount upfront and then when you are done they will send you additional invoices even if it didnt turn out right and then if you dont pay they threaten you with debt collectors!! DONT GO TO CARBON8, there are a bunch of good printers out there! Go somewhere else!!

On the website you are assured that your handles will be delivered within 5 working days. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!! We paid $525 for our 6 sets of handles on 12/6/13 and as of 27/6/13 Locksmiths Warehouse had failed to send them out within the promised 5 working days. We were then assured over the phone that they would be sent on 21/6, when they didnt arrive by lunchtime the following Monday 24/6 we called the company AGAIN and were told "Sorry, sorry, well express post them to you tonight, theyll arrive tomorrow morning". When they still hadnt arrived Tuesday 25/6 we were told that instead of using a reliable company like Australia Post they had decided to courier them and they werent exactly sure where the handles were. They knew they were somewhere in Victoria, just not exactly where. They hoped that they would arrive on Wednesday 26/6 but couldnt give us any definitive answers and tried to ignore our calls by claiming to be too busy to speak with us. Same run-around on Wednesday. Thursday (27/6, today) we were finally able to get ahold of the person we had been dealing with originally (hadnt been able to get him on the phone for days as he was always "busy elsewhere and couldnt come to the phone") and were told the same rubbish as theyd been fobbing us off with all week - they were on their way but for unnamed reasons couldnt be tracked through the couriers tracking number. We demanded the couriers phone number and tracking information for our parcel and gave up trying to get any kind of sense or honesty out of Locksmiths Warehouse. We spoke to the courier company and were told that the pickup for our parcel wasnt arranged till late afternoon Tuesday (too late for the company to send them till Wednesday), which Locksmiths Warehouse lied to us about when they told us originally that theyd sent them Friday. It seemed Sydney then had some rain which delayed all freight out of Sydney. The handles might arrive tomorrow, Friday 28/6 or Monday 1/7. Hopefully our builder will be available to come back after the rest of the job is done, just to fit the door handles. The handles look fantastic on the Locksmiths Warehouse website, which seems to now be out of action with a message saying they apologise for any inconvenience as the website is under construction. The amazing quality is why we were originally going to spend upwards of $1000 with them re-doing all our door handles. Well forget that!! Well find out who actually makes them and deal with that company. I would never deal with Locksmiths Warehouse again and would recommend anyone looking for door furniture, locks, towel racks or anything else they sell to go somewhere else. Locksmiths Warehouse cannot be trusted to deliver their goods within any reasonable length of time, despite already receiving their money. They are liars and look like they might be going into the fraud business ($525 in their pocket and no sign of handles and their website "under construction"). BEWARE LOCKSMITHS WAREHOUSE.

Been told these great lures (stalwart) are not of importance to the company therefore not importing them into Australia... Great for the aussie fisherman..
