- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! You (ie. D****) are rude, talk down to customers and refuse to explain things to us because we wouldnt "understand". Unless you are a big account, they hand you from one account manager to another, and when they dont communicate to each other and something goes wrong, they tell you its your problem and not theirs!! We paid hundreds of dollars for one sample, which they dont even bother cutting for you!! They make you pay the full amount upfront and then when you are done they will send you additional invoices even if it didnt turn out right and then if you dont pay they threaten you with debt collectors!!
