- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service from older weary staff. Not much help when asking for advice for lodgements / parcels rather busy reprimanding people for minor issues. Some seem not all there. Lovely its open until 6pm but would like to drop parcels off and not be told to come back tomorrow when asking for the best way to send something overseas because its 5pm and a lot of people are about to rush in?
